- Write, edit, and maintain customer-facing documents, such as user guides, context-sensitive help, configuration guides.
- Write developer documentation, API references, and sample code.
- Collaborate with software engineering, product management, and other teams about the design and implementation of world-class enterprise software products.
- Contribute to tools and processes that make documentation and software development more efficient, scalable, and collaborative.
- Mentor technical writers.
- Identify future trends and support the team to prepare for the future.

Keys to Success:
Education
- Degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Chemistry (Instrumental Analysis (GC, MS, HPLC)), or related field with an emphasis on technical documentation, or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Experience
- Several years of technical writing experience.
- Experience with source control software such as Perforce or GitHub.
- Experience with Agile software development lifecycle.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- You are comfortable dabbling in taxonomy, component content management systems (CCMS), DITA DTDs.
- You can work with REST API documentation.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to organize information, learn complex concepts, and explain concepts and instructions clearly and concisely.
- We love problem solvers with excellent communication skills who will drive team strategy and direction.
