Vertriebsmitarbeiter Customer Service (m/w/d)

**Hier sind Sie gefragt**:

- Sie betreuen unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden sowie Schwestergesellschaften
- Sie sind verantwortlich für eine reibungslose Angebots
- und Auftragsbearbeitung inkl. Preis
- und Terminprüfung
- Ihre Expertise ermöglicht es Ihnen, die innerbetrieblichen Vertriebsprozesse effizient zu gestalten
- Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Logistik und Versand und sorgen für eine nahtlose Abwicklung
- Die Pflege der Stammdaten im modernen ERP-System liegt ebenfalls in Ihren Händen

**Damit überzeugen Sie uns**:

- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Inland und/ oder Export im Verkauf/Innendienst, vorzugsweise in der Kunststoffindustrie mit
- Zu Ihren Stärken gehören eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung, Servicebewusstsein sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungskompetenz
- Zudem haben Sie große Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

Bei der **Röchling Industrial Lahnstein SE & Co. KG** arbeiten über 300 Mitarbeiter. Hier werden aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen Platten, Rundstäbe und Profile hergestellt sowie durch Zerspanung Teile nach den technischen Zeichnungen unserer Kunden. Diese Fertigteile finden Anwendung in nahezu allen Bereichen der Investitionsgüter-Industrie.
