Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
