**Director Strategy & Operations (m/w/d)**
in unserer Unternehmenszentrale in Osnabrück

**Deine Mission**
- Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Leitung sowie Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungen Sales Support, Marketing und Internal Sales Force, einschließlich Terminierung und Outbound-Telefonie
- Personalverantwortung für drei Manager als direkte Berichtspersonen und ca. 20 Mitarbeiter/innen sowie Sparringspartner für die Manager im Vertriebsaußendienst
- Motivierende Führung der Manager und Teammitglieder mit dem Ziel, eine qualitativ hochwertige, effiziente und effektive Leistungserbringung sicherzustellen
- Gewährleistung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards im Team für die Kundenberatung und -betreuung
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Verbesserung von Abläufen und zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Vertriebsorganisation

**Deine Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung sowie relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb, Kundenservice sowie Marketing
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zu einem souveränen und empathischen Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Kunden
- Überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und der Fähigkeit, einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen
- Eigenverantwortlicher, proaktiver Arbeitsstil, der dennoch teamorientiert ist
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
