Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Support implementation of groupwide strategic and operational legal initiatives with main focus on digitalization, automation and standardization (“Legal Operations Initiatives”), e. g.
- Contract Lifecycle Management System (“CLM”)
- Spend Management
- Matter Management
- Entity Management
- Artificial Intelligence Usage
- Legal Process Outsourcing
- Drive change management in relation to Legal Operations Initiatives
- Improve of processes within the General Counsel functions and at interfaces with internal business partners or external partners

**What you'll bring to the table**
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Legal or business bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Project and process management experience
- First experience in implementing, developing, and using software systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward in an independent and result driven way
- Demonstrated ability in relation to process optimization
- Ability to understand standard IT terminology
- Proven knowledge of general legal principles
- Fluent in oral and written English, additional language is a plus
