Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Ensuring effective and efficient Quality operations in compliance with legal requirements, standard operating procedures on health and safety at work as well as environmental protection
- Driving improvement projects, change programs and Quality Excellence
- Managing and coordinating activities incl. investigations, risk evaluations, CAPA definition and implementation related to non-conformances like deviations, complaints, market recalls in collaboration with other departments
**What you´ll bring to the table**
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- University degree in natural sciences
- First years of leadership experience
- Very good understanding of Quality Management in Pharma environment and knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines
- Experience in successfully realizing process improvements and driving Quality Excellence in cross-functional teams
- Business-fluent English skills, German skills helpfull
- Strategic and analytical thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management & networking skills
