Für unsere Zentrale in der Hamburger Innenstadt suchen wir Dich als HR Assistant (m/w/d). Wir lieben Schuhe & Accessoires in bester Qualität - und das bereits seit 1875 Aus einer kleinen Filiale in Hamburg-Barmbek hat sich ein Multichannel-Unternehmen mit über 40 Standorten und einem sehr erfolgreichen Online-Shop entwickelt. Unser Human Resources Team betreut täglich unsere Mitarbeitenden mit Kompetenz und Leidenschaft. Der HR-Bereich bei Görtz umfasst vom Recruiting über die operative Betreuung bis bin zur Payroll alle Aspekte der Personalarbeit. Gemeinsam stehen wir für ein wertschätzendes und offenes Miteinader und unterstützen alle Fachbereiche dabei, das Beste aus sich herauszuholen. Dafür bist Du verantwortlich:
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Führungskräfte in Personalangelegenheiten
- Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen
- Überwachung des Recruitings
- Vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Administrative Aufgaben, z. B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Betriebsratsanhörungen und Zeugnissen
Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- erste Erfahrungen in der operativen Personalbetreuung
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht wünschenswert
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an generalistischer Personalarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
- Sympathisches und souveränes Auftreten, sowie Einfühlungsvermögen und Durchsetzungskraft
- Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität
