HR Assistant | Recruiting (w/m/d)
Im Recruiting sind wir für die Suche und Auswahl neuer Kolleg*innen für sämtliche Fach
- und Führungspositionen des Unternehmens zuständig. Dabei setzen wir auf optimale Prozesse, eine große Portion Kundenorientierung, einen hohen Anspruch an Eignungsdiagnostik und Kreativität in den Rekrutierungswegen.
Neben der Rekrutierung verantworten und wirken wir mit an diversen weiteren Themen und Prozessen - von Talent Management, internem Vermittlungsmanagement über Seminaren und Schulungen zu recruitingnahen Themenfeldern für unsere Führungskräfte und Kolleg*innen bis hin zu einem professionellen Onboarding sowie HR-Tech-Projekten.
Du triffst bei uns auf insgesamt ca. 30 operativ-engagierte Recruiter*innen und HR Assistants, die sich auf zwei Teams aufteilen. Was uns ausmacht? Eine gute Mischung aus Lebendigkeit und Leidenschaft für unsere Themen, Offenheit, Wertschätzung und eine ordentliche Portion Humor

Die Stelle ist auf 2 Jahre befristet.
- Dein Impact- Deine Aufgaben reichen von Terminierungen (Bewerbungs-, Feedback
- oder anderen Gesprächsterminen), dem Schalten von Stellenausschreibungen, bis zur Kommunikation mit Kolleg*innen, Bewerber*innen und externen Partnern.
- Du unterstützt und begleitest die Recruiter*innen in allen administrativen Recruiting-Prozessen.

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, die Fähigkeit zur Übersicht und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du bringst Freude und Begeisterungsfähigkeit an administrativen Aufgaben sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung mit.
- Du bist kontaktfreudig und die Arbeit mit Menschen macht dir Spaß.
- Dein Sprachniveau: Deutsch C1 (Fachkundige Sprachverwendung) und Englisch B2 (Fortgeschrittene Sprachverwendung).
Nice-to-have:
- Du hast bereits mit SAP HCM gearbeitet.
- Du konntest erste Erfahrungen im HR-Kontext sammeln.
