**Your role**

Are you an experienced corporate governance analyst, consultant or process manager, do you have knowledge how to set up and structure management systems and are you looking for the next big step in your career? As Senior Expert Regulations Management & Legal Operations (d/f/m) you keep the management systems aligned globally and ensure a constantly increasing level of integration. With your know-how you find customer-oriented, innovative and pragmatic solutions to keep the management systems efficient today as well as tomorrow and ensure a comprehensible and lean set of regulations. By using your communication skills you take everyone along with you on the way.

**Your future plans**
- You advise and support the functions in the maintenance and further develop processes as well as guidelines
- You identify the need to, then initiate and lead restructuring where necessary across all functions and management systems
- Another part of your role is the administration and coordination of the Renewables-wide corporate governance documentation
- You take over the coordination between the management systems and assurance of clearly defined, comprehensive interfaces. Moreover, you work on a lean, conceptual design and the implementation of step-by-step improvements
- You collaborate with management system experts and issue coordination in advising and assisting the Operating Businesses as well as Support Functions to implement the requirements of the law or standards
- A central, database-focused regulations management system helps you managing the content, which you maintain from the product owner perspective
- It is self-evident for you to accelerate a sustainable Lean orientation
- You lead independent projects or project strains in the context of improvement of integration and governance
- We can count on your support setting up and participating in management reviews and audits
- You identify and execute qualification and communication needs in the operating businesses and support functions regarding rules, support offers plus the maintenance of the intranet portal

**Your profile**
- You have a university degree e.g. in economics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification and long-year of relevant professional experience
- Moreover, you are proficient in leading management systems, are not afraid to review, structure and write documents. You know how to connect management system via the ISO high level structure
- You want to continuously develop your own knowledge and, through your regular external orientation, you are in a position to know relevant developments with regard to management systems and document governance
- Your working style can be described as independent and proactive, especially in the context of processes of the management systems and their interfaces. You continuously expand your network and work together closely with the departments
- Your positive mindset, distinctive customer orientation and interdisciplinary skills are your hallmarks
- Furthermore, you are fluent in written and spoken English, have the ability to work with globally networked teams and to take them along with you during changes
- All of the following aspects are a welcome plus: Trained Management System Auditor, experiences in process management or lean management, QM certification or a comparable qualification
