**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate and develop the student talent recruitment & scholarships team
- Participate in the development of student recruitment plans, and strategies in closely coordinating with the university to ensure that the department is meeting the needs and desires of the university
- Analyze regional and global market trends and identify new prospective student pools
- Closely work with communication, marketing, and admissions departments to raise awareness of universities globally, to fulfill funnel with the international talent’s students
- Work on market research for university offerings related to talent recruitment activities - Tech Talks, Olympiad, Summer Camps, Competition and Hackathons
- Plan and organize regional and global events to recruit talented international students with involving alumni, industry, and research partner network, as well as participate in external educational events and international recruitment activities
- Participate in creating branded materials about university talent recruitment activities and products
- Visit schools and colleges, speak to student groups and individual students, and meets with school counselors to promote outreach activities
- Provide clear communication and consultation services to students and their parents
- Plan and monitor KPIs and other strategic plans, generate reports, and develop optimizations for future intakes
- Prepare reports on the talent recruitment activities

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in student talent recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English is required, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Intercultural solid awareness and competencies
- Great willingness to travel
