Die Position befindet sich in der Tochtergesellschaft Beiersdorf Customer Supply GmbH mit Sitz in unserer Zentrale in Hamburg. Das Hub ECC ist verantwortlich für den weltweiten Export von unseren in Europa produzierten Beiersdorf Fertigprodukten an unsere Tochtergesellschaften und Distributoren. Ab Hamburg exportieren wir unsere Produkte in mehr als 70 Länder. Das Logistik Team ist verantwortlich für die Steuerung und die Überwachung unserer Lieferabwicklung mit unseren Logistik
- und Transport-Dienstleistern. Unser Ziel ist es, Operation Export Excellenz anzubieten, um unsere Kunden weltweit mit optimalen Kosten und Services zufrieden zu stellen. Innerhalb dieser Stelle wirst du dein eigenes Tätigkeitsfeld haben:
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Lieferabwicklung durch Logistics Service Provider (LSP), Transport Control Tower termin
- und anforderungsgerecht durchgeführt wird
- Ansprechpartner für LSP, Transportdienstleister, Beiersdorf Funktionen, Empfangsländern und Lieferanten in Ausnahmesituationen, Klärungsfragen und Statusangaben entlang des Lieferprozesses (Warenein
- und Ausgang).
- Ansprechpartner für die Zollbehörde oder die Handelskammer für auftretende Fragen im Außenhandel für das Hub ECC und bei Eskalationsfälle.
- Bearbeitung und Kommentierung des täglichen Bestandsvergleichs und Bereinigung sämtliche fehlerhaften SAP IDocs für den zugeordneten LSP.
- Kontrolle, Ermittlung und Pflege der Zollstammdaten (inkl. Warenbeschreibungen)
- Bearbeitung der Intrastatmeldungen sowie der Gelangensbestätigungen an das Statistische Bundesamt.
- Pflege und Kontrolle von Kundenstammdaten sowie Export Rechnungstexte
- Erfassung von Kundenreklamationen, und Durchführung unter Einbeziehung organisatorisch zuständiger Funktionen notwendige Buchungen und Korrekturen.
- Schnittstelle zu Supply Chain Funktionen weltweit
- Unterstützung und Durchführung von Prozess-/Systemoptimierungen
- Mitarbeit in Projekten mit den Schwerpunkten Logistik, Zoll oder Exportprozesse
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (mindestens Bachelor) im Bereich Supply Chain Management. Alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Spedition Kaufmann/-Frau und mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung in der Logistik und / oder Exportbereich wünschenswert

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in SAP R/3
