**Deine Rolle bei zolar**
- Du unterstützt zolar Growth Marketing Team bei Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO).
- Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in On-Page Optimierung, SEO Audits und mehr.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene kleine SEO-Projekte.
- Du arbeitest bei Conversion-Rate-Optimierung und A/B-Testing mit.

**So passt du zu uns**
- Du möchtest aktiv dazu beitragen, auf jedes Dach eine Solaranlage zu bauen.
- Du interessierst Dich für Online-Marketing und bist zahlen affin.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und bist ein Teamplayer.
- Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in den Google-Workspace-Produkten (insbes. Google Sheets) und hast keine Scheu davor, Dich in die Benutzung neuer Tools (bspw. Content-Management-System etc.) einzuarbeiten.
- Du sprichst Englisch auf B2 und Deutsch auf mind. C1 Niveau
- Du bist interessiert an einer Tätigkeit über mindestens 12 Monate (gern auch deutlich länger).

Es ist wichtig, sich auch mal eine Auszeit von der Arbeit zu nehmen, um sich zu erfrischen und neue Energie zu tanken. Mit 30 Tagen Urlaub im Jahr hast du genug Zeit, um dich von der Arbeit zu erholen.

Als digitales Unternehmen sind wir davon überzeugt, dass du deine Arbeit genauso gut aus dem Strandhaus in Portugal oder der Winterhütte in Schweden machen kannst. Daher kannst du bis zu 4 Wochen pro Quartal aus dem EU Ausland arbeiten, und sogar schon nach zwei Jahren ein Sabbatical nehmen.
