We are looking for an experienced and passionate Copywriter to join our Creative Team as a copywriter for our Dutch-speaking markets. In this position, you will be supporting the launch of flaconi in our Dutch-speaking countries by creating and translating compelling, engaging and effective Dutch copy for a variety of onsite and offsite content formats.
What you can expect in this role
Long copy: writing copy for brand and commercial landing pages and translating/transcreating already-existing contentNewsletters: collaborating with our CRM and Graphics Team for the creation of country-specific newsletter contentSEO pages: translating SEO pages from English to DutchTranslate and potentially adapt wordings within our shop navigation / category structure and new setupShort copy: writing headlines, sublines, CTAs and descriptive copy for banners and homepage placementsApp copy: writing release notes, banner copy and user-centric content piecesCross-team projects: working with various stakeholders within flaconi to support their initiatives with your copywriting and translation expertiseQuality checks: ensuring that the copy of our stakeholders is accurate, consistent and meets our guidelinesOwnership of guidelines: maintaining flaconi’s brand voice throughout all copywriting touchpoints by constantly referring to and developing our Language Guide, Tone of Voice and certain wording cataloguesYour essential experience and education
Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language and fluency in English. Profound knowledge of Dutch grammar and spelling rulesProfessional experience in the field of copywriting/editorial writing/translation/transcreationAbility to create copy that is clear, concise and engagingAffinity for lifestyle and beauty topicsGreat self management skills: ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with strong attention to detailBeing a team player with strong communicative skillsWhat's in it for you?
Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 44,000€ and 53,000€ gross per year.
