In order to expand our European Finance team, we are looking for you as a self-driven individual at our offices in Ismaning, Germany for the role of:
**Regulatory Reporting Expert (m/w/d)**:
**Your tasks**
- Participate in ensuring all regulatory reporting, including quarterly and annual Solvency II reports, SFCRs, RSRs and ORSA support.
- Supporting the annual and quarterly SCR models and calculations.
- Monitor, review and challenge the results and input provided by other departments and countries.
- As part of the team, you optimise capital efficiency and support growth into new markets and products
- Drive continuous improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and controls and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory reporting requirements, guidelines, and standards.
- Oversee the external audit relationship for regulatory reporting.

**Your profile**
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or reporting preferably in an international insurance company
- Understanding of Solvency II (all pillars) and proven experience in preparation and submission of regulatory reporting under Solvency II. Good working knowledge of actuarial methods and techniques is a big plus.
- Well-structured, self-driven with attention to detail and internal control and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Very good spoken and written English (min. C1) skills, and the ability to move confidently in an international environment (German or any other European language skills are optional)
