Quality Specialist*in (m/w/d)
Darum geht’s:
Der Go To Market (GTM) Quality Specialist ist verantwortlich für die Implementierung, Ausführung und Verbesserung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Kernaufgabe des GTM Quality Teams ist die Sicherstellung der Qualität in den Bereichen Consumer und Customer sowie Logistic Quality (Warehouses, Fulfillment Center, Repacker, Transport).
Die Arbeit als Quality Specialist wirkt sich direkt auf die Verbrauchersicherheit und Qualität der Unilever (UL)-Produkte im Markt aus und beeinflusst den Ruf und den Markenwert von UL. Es handelt sich um eine Schlüsselrolle zum Management von UL Corporate Operational Risk (Design und Produktion von Produkten, die unsere Umwelt-, Verbrauchersicherheits
- und Qualitätsstandards erfüllen).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Umsetzung der UL-Qualitätsstrategie, -Governance und -Ziele durch spezifische europäische oder lokale Projekte (bei Bedarf Durchführung von Schulungen- Issue
- und Incidentmanagement (fallabhängig - von der Unterstützung bis hin zur Leitung)- Sicherstellung der und Einhaltung der lokalen behördlichen Anforderungen und der Anforderungen an die Produktqualität bei Prozessänderungen und Spezifikationen- Teilnahme an und aktive Unterstützung von Qualitätsprüfungen von UL-Produkten (Reklamationsauswertungen, On-shelf Quality checks, Product Benchmarking etc.)- Durchführung von und/oder Einbindung in Projektrisikobewertungen in abteilungsübergreifenden Projektteams- Sicherstellung der Erfüllung der Unilever-Anforderungen in den lokalen Distributionszentren durch Unterstützung der lokalen Logistik bei der jährlichen Qualitätsüberprüfung und Teilnahme/ Leitung von lokalen Repacker-Audits- Identifizierung und Transfer von "Best Practices" in das Unternehmen
Was uns wichtig ist:
- Vorzugsweise naturwissenschaftlicher/ technischer Universitätsabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der FMCG-Branche (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) in den Bereichen Qualität, Forschung & Entwicklung oder Produktion- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Lebensmittel und/ oder Kosmetik/ Körperpflege/ Haushaltsreiniger/ Waschmittel- Fließende Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache
