Specialist Quality & EHS (m/w/d)

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Spezialisten für Quality & EHS, der uns bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Verbesserung unseres QEHS-Managementsystems unterstützt. Diese Position ist Teil des globalen Qualitäts- und EHS-Teams in unserem Distributionszentrum EDC (European Distribution Centre) in Hamburg und berichtet direkt an den Head of Quality & EHS.

Die Aufgaben:

  • Werde ein Teil des Quality- und EHS-Teams in Global Distribution
  • Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung des Quality- und EHS Managementprogramms für die Global Distribution gemäß den globalen und lokalen Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung einer Governance Struktur
  • Unterstützung beim Betrieb des Quality- und EHS-Netzwerks
  • Unterstützung der lokalen Verantwortlichen, insbesondere bei Audits
  • Erstellung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Qualitäts- und EHS-Schulungen
  • Lokaler Prozessverantwortlicher für relevante Qualitätsprozesse
  • Erstellung von Berichten über ausgewählte KPIs
  • Unterstützung von Distributionszentren bei allen Fragen zu Quality- und EHS-Themen

Die Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Logistik, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung bei Coloplast, idealerweise im Umgang mit gängigen Quality- und EHS-Methoden
  • Motivation und Fähigkeit, die Umsetzung von Quality- und EHS-Programmen an mehreren Standorten erfolgreich zu unterstützen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft zu unseren globalen Distributionszentren
  • Grundkenntnisse in Veeva und MS Office
  • Proaktive und genaue Arbeitweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine Hand-On Mentalität

Specialist Quality & EHS (m/f/d)

We are searching for an experienced Specialist Quality & EHS, to support developing, implementing, and improving our QEHS management system. This position is part of the global Quality & EHS team, based in our Distribution Centre EDC, Hamburg, (or another of our DC's in Global Distribution) reporting directly to the Head of Quality & EHS.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Quality & EHS team in Global Distribution
  • Support improving the Global Distribution Quality & EHS management program according to global and local requirements
  • Support creating governance structure
  • Assist in running Quality & EHS network
  • Assisting local responsible and supporting audits
  • Create, conduct, and track Quality & EHS training
  • Local process owner for relevant Quality Processes
  • Create reports about selected KPIs
  • Support the Distribution Centers with all Quality and EHS related questions

About You

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering or similar, or work experience within Coloplast, ideally in dealing with common Quality or EHS methods
  • Able to successfully support the implementation of Quality and EHS programs at multi-site level
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Willigness to travel to our global distribution centres
  • Basic knowledge of using Veeva, MS Office
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills and hands-on mentality
