- HAUPTTÄTIGKEITEN_
- Gewährleistung der optimalen Versorgung für Projekte und After Sales mit Waren und Dienstleitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf.
- Die Funktion ist Teil aller relevanten Projektteams und des After Sales Business
- Verantwortlich für die Auftragsabwicklung, Projektunterstützung und Bedarfsplanung für alle relevanten Projekte und Kundenbedarfe.
- Verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Materiallieferungen in Projekten.
- Schnittstelle zwischen Projekt-Team, Einkauf, Lieferanten und der Logistik des Kunden.
- Bearbeitung der BOM gemäß BT Prozess in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleitungsteam
- Kontrolle des Projekt BOM/TACs auf Projekt Kosteneinsparungen und -überschreitungen.
- Prüfung der technischen Spezifikationen zur Beschleunigung der Einkaufsbestellung und Übermittlung an den Einkauf und Lieferanten.
- Kontrolle der Bedarfsanforderung / Vorläufige Einkaufsbestellung gemäß aktuellem Lagerbestand.
- Überwachung des Projekts bezogene Materiallagerniveau im BT Lagerhaus, inklusive Buchungen von Eingang, Ausgang, Lagertransfers und Lagerberichtigungen.
- Rechnungsgenehmigung (Menge, Preise nicht übereinstimmend mit Einkaufsbestellung)
- Erstellen der erforderlichen Warenverkehrsdokumente national und international

**_ANFORDERUNGEN und FÄHIGKEITEN_**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/BWL mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Mgmt.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik und Kundenauftragsbearbeitung
- Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management und Material Management
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung internationaler Warenverkehre
- Erfahrungen mit Umgang mit Institutionen und Behörden wie IHK, Zollämtern, stat. Bundesamt, BAFA
- Kenntnisse im Finanzwesen, Bilanzierungsgrundlagen und Planungsmethoden
- Ergebnis

- Teamfähig, speziell in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Kulturen
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Erfahrung mit externen Lager

- Gute Kenntnisse der Einkaufsprozesse
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP R/3, US2000, Primavera)
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch (fließend), Spanisch, Französisch
