**Principal / Head of Logistics Strategy and Transformation (all genders)**

With our logistics strategy consulting team, we support our clients in numerous ways. We work with private equity firms to evaluate logistics start-ups, we develop target visions for sustainable logistics for blue-chip companies in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and we provide strategic advice on organizational structures, distribution strategies and supply chain optimization. In doing so, we focus on strategic aspects such as organizational structures, distribution strategies, supply chain optimization as well as the selection and management of logistics service partners after acquisitions or carve-outs. Also, leading our clients through the transformation process and continuous improvement is crucial. In addition to our market and methodological expertise, our customers also greatly value our industry experience and understanding of business development.

- Functional and disciplinary responsibility for the development of the Competence Center _Logistics Strategy_ within the Consulting Line Logistics
- Development of service offerings
- Lead and develop consulting teams for successful project execution
- Deep understanding of key market trends and driving innovation in collaboration with data analytics and supply chain teams
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with internal and external partners
- Support sales activities and business development by actively promoting at conferences, in the press, and on social media

**Bring in your experience.**:

- Several years of in-depth experience in the field of Logistics Strategy or related areas
- Experience as a consultant and manager in the business consulting industry
- Innovative mindset and deep understanding of market trends
- Open and appreciative communication, excellent leadership skills
- Combination of business process and use case understanding with strategic thinking and technical understanding
- Business development/account management experience and strong customer focus
- Extensive relevant network, especially in the pharmaceutical, chemical and retail sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
