**The following challenges await you**:

- As part of our Business Development team, you will be at the sweet spot between R&D, commercial functions, operations, and market.
- For your project, the focus will be set on innovative solutions in the field of hydrogen purification. Your objective will be conducting a market and technology analysis.
- You will gather and process information about revolutionary technologies, evaluate their commercial potential and derive strategic recommendations for the management.
- You will organize tasks and planning around the project and support the preparation of steering committee meetings with key stakeholders.
- You will observe, analyse and actively screen current and future markets, technologies, and business models.

**Your Profile**:

- Ongoing master study in the field of chemical engineering, business engineering, business administration or similar course of study
- Good business administration understanding with a technology background
- Analytical and numbers-oriented person with endless curiosity and hands-on mentality
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and written, in English and German
- Self-starter with an outgoing and convincing personality, energetic and strong communicator
