Hast Du Spaß an der Gestaltung von kleinen und großen Schulungsprogrammen und möchtest dazu beitragen, unsere Sicherheitsmitarbeiter, die überwiegend in einem Rechenzentrum arbeiten, bei ihrem Schulungsbedarf zu unterstützen?

Als Learning & Development Coordinator bist Du dafür verantwortlich, den Schulungsbedarf innerhalb der deutschen Organisation zu ermitteln. Anschließend konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Du geeignete und vollständige Lern
- und Entwicklungsprogramme. Außerdem überprüfst Du die aktuellen Lern
- und Entwicklungsprozesse, um sie weiter zu verbessern und zu optimieren. Darüber hinaus bist Du verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Pflege unserer Online-Akademie, dem 'Workrate Training Hub' (LMS), sowohl für unsere Büroangestellten als auch für unsere Sicherheitsmitarbeiter, Teamleiter und Account Manager an unseren Standorten in Deutschland.

**Zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Entwicklung, Verbesserung und Optimierung des Schulungsangebots für alle Mitarbeitergruppen, sowohl als E-learnings, Blended-Learnings oder Präsenztrainings.
- Konzeption und Implementierung von Schulungen (E-Learning)s
- Du verantwortest die Inhalte unsrer Akademie; der Workrate Training Hub; (LMS)
- Du bist der Ansprechpartner für unsere Account Manager an den Standorten und unterstsützt diese bei ihren Trainingsbedarfen für die Mitarbeiter vor Ort
- Du überwachst und monitorst die Trainingsergebnisse und förderst die Nutzung des Workrate Training Hub; (LMS)
- Du organisierst und moderierst Gruppenschulungen und/oder (Onboarding-)Workshops oder ähnliches

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Hochschulabschluss in BWL, Schwerpunkt Personalwirtschaft, Personalentwicklung, Studium Pädagogik o.ä.
- Eine Trainerausbildung und erste praktische Erfahrungen als Trainer und Moderator sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Konzeption von Trainings und deren Umsetzung.
- Du bringst eine hohe Kompetenz in Didaktik und Methodik mit und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
- Du verfügst über erste Projektmanagementerfahrungen und arbeitest grundsätzlich sehr analytisch, strukturiert und proaktiv.
- Eine hohe Prozessorientierung, als auch eine ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung und ein überzeugendes Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1) sind unabdingbar.
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit der Anwendung moderner HR-Informationssysteme und Instrumente setzen wir voraus.

Du wirst in einem Team von drei Learning & Development Coordinator arbeiten, die von unseren Büros in Amsterdam, Paris und Frankfurt aus tätig sind und vom Learning & Development EMEA Leiter gesteuert werden.
