An international team of 80 technology-savvy people at five locations with more than 20 years of success. Our headquarters are located directly in the city center of Augsburg, Stockholm and Zurich.
**Your impact**:
- Take responsibility for all administrative operations, including invoicing, accounting and other operational tasks.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Administration Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Close collaboration as a sparring partner with Group Management and Group Finances in an international team.
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational plan for the Administration Department, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Maintaining and improving administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring smooth operations, effective communications, and efficient use of resources within an organization.
- You bring ideas to a growing company and actively participate in shaping it.
**Your profile**:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or alternatively a degree in business administration or a similar specialisation.
- You have several years of experience in administration and operational support and have already gained some years of practical experience in managing employees.
- In particular, you have already independently initiated and implemented strategic projects in the area of administrative services.
- You have very good knowledge of Finances & Accounting and payroll tax law is desirable but not a must.
- You speak German natively and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
- Thinking ahead, integrity, organizational talent and strong communication skills
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team.
