Dann bist du bei BOB’S genau richtig Wir suchen für unser Operations Team einen motivierten **Head of **Operations (m/w/d) in Vollzeit**.
- Du leitets, coachst und koordinierst ein 7- bis 10-köpfiges Team aus Operations, um unsere 18 Läden ganzheitlich zu steuern
- In dieser Funktion berichtest du direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeitest eng mit ihr zusammen
- Du bist verantwortlich für Umsatz
- und Umsatzsteigerung, Kostenoptimierung und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
- Du wertest Kennzahlen aus, erstellst Kalkulationen und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Du koordinierst Neueröffnungen im Rahmen unserer Wachstumsstrategie
- Du erstellst und verantwortest Budgets und Forecasts
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Gastronomie Bereich
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
- Deine Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und sich schnell an Veränderungen anzupassen, zeichnet sich aus
- Du überzeugst mit starken analytische Fähigkeiten, einer hohen Zahlenaffinität und Zielorientierung
- Du hast hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Mit deiner proaktive Herangehensweise an Herausforderungen findest du effektive Lösungen
- Du bist hoch motiviert und zeigst hohes Engagement für unsere Unternehmensziele
- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B
