Das Xcelerator Marketplace Team sucht nach Fachleuten mit der agilen Denkweise eines Startups, kombiniert mit der Expertise und dem Netzwerk eines globalen Unternehmens.

Als Senior Business Architect Marketplace werden Sie die Zukunft des Xcelerator Marketplace mit Kunden, Partnern, Entwicklern und Unternehmen gestalten. Sie erforschen Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, um der Community neuen Mehrwert zu bieten.

**Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und verändern Sie die Welt für ein besseres Morgen - Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie schaffen einen einzigartigen Ort für Kunden, Partner und Entwickler, um sich zu informieren, auszutauschen, zusammenzuarbeiten und einzukaufen.
- Sie bringen Ihr umfassendes Fachwissen über den Marketplace ein, um die Innovation und die strategische Roadmap des Xcelerator Marketplace voranzutreiben (Sondierung des Feedbacks mit Kunden und Analysten).
- Sie validieren, konzeptionieren und implementieren gemeinsam mit der IT-Abteilung die Funktionen des Marketplace.
- Sie übernehmen die Führung durch die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Funktionen und leiten sowie coachen jüngere Business Architects in einer flachen Hierarchie, um die OKRs unseres Teams zu erreichen.

**Wir brauchen keine Superhelden, sondern nur Superhirne mit Out-of-the-Box-Denken**
- MBA, Master-Abschlusses oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss.
- 3-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen, wachstumsstarken Umfeld.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit auf B2C/B2B-Märkten, idealerweise mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz bei der Förderung von Ökosystemen und Netzwerkeffekten.
- Ausgeprägte strategische und analytische Denkweise, gut strukturiert, kollaborativ und mit einem mutigen Ansatz.
- Fähigkeit, effektiv mit internen und externen Organisationen zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Teamplayer, der zielorientiert ist und einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Eigenverantwortung und Antrieb hat.
- Kreativ, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und effektiv in einem problemlösenden Umfeld.
- Fähigkeit, informelle berufliche Netzwerke und Beziehungen aufzubauen.
