Die Rechtsabteilung der NTT DATA Deutschland erweitert ihr Team um eine/n IP Counsel (w/m/x).

Ein stetig wachsendes, starkes Team aus Volljuristinnen und -juristen, agile Team Organisation, hohe Akzeptanz im Business, eine enge Anbindung an die Geschäftsführung, Lern
- und Fehlerkultur und die Möglichkeit über das IT Recht hinaus, aufgrund der sich stetig erweiternden Rechtsabteilung flexibel in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten wie Gesellschaftsrecht, Datenschutzrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Compliance zusätzliche Schwerpunkte zu setzen und sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln, Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit einem hohen Maß an Teamgeist, die jederzeit als Sparring Partner zur Verfügung stehen und insgesamt eine ganze Menge Spaß.

**Deine Mission**
- Rechtliche Beratung unseres Kerngeschäftes in allen IT-rechtlichen Belangen
- Rechtliche Beratung des Vorstands in allen Belangen
- Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen
- Open Source Compliance
- Koordination der Kommunikation mit Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
- Durchführung von Awareness und Trainingsmaßnahmen
- Bei Interesse: Einarbeitung in weitere Fachgebiete, wie z.B. Gesellschaftsrecht, bspw. durch Unterstützung bei Company Secretary Services und weitere
- Unterstützung bei Compliance Themen

**Dein Skillset**
- Erfolgreich bestandenes zweites Staatsexamen und Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt/- anwältin /Syndikusrechtsanwalt/- anwältin
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT Recht in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei und/oder Inhouse (Tech Unternehmen/ Beratung), optional: Fachanwalt IT Recht
- Lust auf Zusammenarbeit, nicht nur im Rahmen eines besonderen Teams aus Volljuristinnen und -juristen sondern darüber hinaus eng verdrahtet mit anderen internen Services und dem Vorstand
- Freude an neuen Themenstellungen, Gestaltungsmöglichkeit und Kreativität
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigen
- und selbständige Arbeitsweise
