Sie begeistern sich für die Beratung in allen Fragen der privaten Vermögens
- und Unternehmensnachfolge, der Family Corporate Governance und des Stiftungsrechts? Sie möchten Ihren Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmerfamilien und deren Gesellschaften, Family Offices und vermögende Privatpersonen ausrichten? Ihr diplomatisches Geschick, zum Beispiel bei der Beratung von Unternehmerfamilien oder in Familienstreitigkeiten, haben Sie bereits einige Jahre unter Beweis gestellt und Sie suchen nun den nächsten Karriereschritt als oder in Richtung Salary Partner (w/m/d)? **Unsere Private Client-Praxis**:
Mit unserem internationalen Team zählen wir zu den wenigen Sozietäten, die im Bereich Private Client auch bei internationalen Sachverhalten „Beratung aus einer Hand“ anbieten können. Schwerpunkte unserer Beratungstätigkeit liegen hierbei insbesondere in Europa und den USA.

Dr. Axel Godron, Partner und Leiter der Praxisgruppe Private Client, sowie das komplette Private Client Team in München und Düsseldorf, freuen sich, Sie kennen zu lernen.

**Unsere Erwartungen an Sie**:

- Ihre erstklassigen juristischen Fähigkeiten haben Sie durch überdurchschnittliche Examina sowie einen LL.M. und/oder eine Promotion unter Beweis gestellt
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen mit
- Sie haben Interesse für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und begeistern sich für die Arbeit mit Unternehmerfamilien
- Ihr Englisch ist verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit in standortüberschreitenden und internationalen Teams

**Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Beratung von Unternehmerfamilien und vermögenden Privatpersonen bei der Unternehmens
- und privaten Vermögensnachfolge sowie der Vermögensstrukturierung
- Beratung bei Erbauseinandersetzungen, Pflichtteilsstreitigkeiten und der Abwicklung von meist internationalen Nachlässen sowie Beratung von Testamentsvollstreckern bei ihrer Tätigkeit
- Gesellschaftsrechtliche Beratung von Unternehmerfamilien (Family Corporate Governance)
- Ggf. Begleitung bei der Errichtung und Verwaltung von Stiftungen im Rahmen der Nachfolgegestaltung
