For our partner we are looking for a Fund Administrator (M/F/d) at the Munich location. As Fund Admin, you will handle all operations, finance, and legal/compliance topics of 1880fwd. You are one of the main drivers in designing and further improving this new entity jointly with a handful of colleagues. You can work hands-on to navigate this corporate startup through daily and long-term strategic challenges.

As a central function, you are the interface between shareholders, stakeholders, and all ventures under 1880fwd. You will be the center of communication; your job is to keep things ticking over

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, a startup, or the venture capital fund environment
- Strong affinity to legal and compliance topics
- Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
- Diligent person with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and people skills to communicate successfully across different levels of the hierarchy
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers and Excel

Your tasks

**Administration/ Operations**: Taking over daily operational work and steady improvements of processes
- Designing and implementing processes for the administration and daily operation of 1880fwd
- Sourcing and management of (new) service providers, as well as negotiating the according contracts
- Operation of existing tools and software suits, including the management of licenses, contracts, and fees
- Interface to MR AG central functions like accounting, cash management, tax, and legal, as well as to external (tax) accountant

**Finance**: Coordination and oversight of all finance related topics
- Supporting our ventures in budget planning and coordination of the budget approval process
- Sole responsibility for budget planning and coordination of the budget approval process for 1880fwd
- Supporting cost controlling on 1880fwd level
- Liquidity planning and liquidity management on the holding level (in cooperation with the Innovation Investment Management team)
- Review and processing of invoices
- Coordinating payroll accounting with a third-party accounting firm
- Support of Regulatory reporting (e.g., Bundesbank) as well as financial reporting
- Answering ad-hoc financial requests, as well as supporting special projects like IFRS Consolidation

**\_\_Legal/ Compliance**:

- Implementation of group-wide guidelines and compliance at 1880fwd and ventures, incl. guiding principles of 1880fwd
- Implementation/monitoring of company-law topics (e.g., shareholder resolutions, shareholder meetings) in 1880fwd and ventures
- Develop and negotiate inter-company, outsourcing (e.g., accounting), and shared service contracts with the support of internal or external lawyers
