Brand Heritage Coordinator

**Position**:
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
The Brand Heritage Coordinator position sits within the Global Marketing team. You will have a key role in managing the inventory of RIMOWA’s archives collection and the paper archives as well as supporting the establishment of long-term processes and initiatives in this field.

YOUR TASKS:

- Conduct an inventory of the archives collection and all paper archives including their digitization
- Roll out an internal campaign aiming at collecting all archives from stores, offices, and other sites and adding them to the inventory
- Support with establishing the appropriate storage space and storage material for collection and paper archives
- Support with selection of a data management and in-and-out management tool
- Support with briefing and selection of archives insurance
- Manage requests for archive pieces (e.g. for events, stores, exhibitions, etc.)
- Manage the shipping, packing and issuing of proforma invoices
- Research and copywriting for each item of our archives collection

**Profile**:

- First experience in brand heritage management preferred
- Passionate about brand heritage and the preservation of a brand’s valuable archive pieces
- Pro-active, organized and detail-oriented
- Solid project management skills
- Fluent in German and English
- True team player with an optimistic attitude
- Structured way of working & multi-tasking
- Willingness to learn in an international environment
- Advanced MS Office skills
