**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- You are part of the interdisciplinary User Research & Experimentation team comprising user researcher, CX and CRO manager working closely with digital product management and stakeholders within our digital organization
- You are responsible for the setup, the execution, and the analysis of research studies
- You interpret results and communicate insights to stakeholders in a suitable format based on gained insights you generate ideas and support developing hypotheses for experimentation and personalization
- You work closely with Product Managers and UX designer to create new user-centered concepts for currently ten C&A country shops with the overall goal to increase customer satisfaction, user experience and conversion rate
- You exchange closely within the User Research & Experimentation team, UX designer and digital product management to coordinate the corresponding roadmaps
- You are an advocate of our consumers and an active contributor to build a test & learn culture within the organization

**We would love to speak to those with a blend of some or all of the following**:

- You bring with you several years of relevant experience in the field of user or market research
- You have very good methodological skills in user research (especially qualitative methods) and a good knowledge in human-centered design
- You are familiar with common research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Hotjar, RUT, SurveyMonkey) and UX design tools (e.g. figma, Sketch etc.)
- You have a high degree of initiative, you are well structured, and you find the right balance between pragmatism and detail in your daily doing
- You have strong analytical skills, you are a team player and a strong communicator
- You speak fluently German and English
