- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Als Product Owner verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung der Customer Journey der Lernplattform vor dem Hintergrund des definierten Zielbilds und der Bereichsziele (z.B. maximale Teilnehmerzahl) sowie die Priorisierung einzelner Backlog-Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern
- Das kontinuierliche Monitoring und Reporting der Performance der Lernplattform zur Sicherstellung der strategischen Abteilungsziele gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Durch regelmäßiges User-Feedback (z.B. User Befragungen) identifizieren Sie Optimierungspotentiale und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie unterstützen Ihre Abteilung aktiv bei der optimalen Nutzung des Portals und schulen die Kollegen hierzu
- Sie erarbeiten, konzipieren und pflegen Content in unseren IT-Tools in Abstimmung mit den relevanten fachlichen Stakeholdern
- Die Übernahme von Teilprojekten sowie die Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten der Vaillant Group rund um die Digitale Lernplattform, mit Schwerpunkt auf der Verbesserung der Nutzerfreundlichkeit und strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Tools, rundet Ihr spannendes Aufgabengebiet ab
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Sie haben Ihr Studium mit den Schwerpunkten „Digitale Medien“, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, im IT-Projektmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
- Durch Ihr sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch und Ihre offene und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit kommunizieren Sie sicher auf allen Ebenen
- Organisationsfähigkeiten, Stakeholdermanagement und Belastbarkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
