Ihre Aufgaben

Aufbau einer leistungsstarken digitalen Plattform Definition von User Stories und MVPs und Priorisieren des Teams Backlog Bewertung und Dokumentation der Anforderungen für jedes Plattform-Feature Zentrale Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, um das Lösungsdesign zu festigen und plattformbasierte Lösungen zu implementieren Durchführung von strategischen De-Scopings, um schnelle Feedback-Zyklen zu erreichen Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und Leiten von Milestone-Berichterstattungen Identifizieren von Trends und Durchführung von kontinuierlichen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um Trends zu identifizieren und das Produkt entsprechend weiterzuentwickeln Beobachtung von KPIs, um den Erfolg zu messen und kontinuierlich Verbesserungen einzuleiten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft oder (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner in vergleichbaren Funktionen Erfahrung im Bereich der agilen Softwareentwicklung Erfahrung im Leiten multifunktionaler, multinationaler, interner und externer Teammitglieder Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu definieren, zu priorisieren und zu verfolgen Problemlösungskompetenz Teamfähigkeit sowie ein kooperativer und strukturierter Arbeitsstil Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Interaktion mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung und effizienten Umsetzung einer Vielzahl von Themen Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
