**Job Description Summary**: The Global Marketing Director - ViewPoint is responsible for building, developing, maintaining, and leading the global marketing strategy for the ViewPoint portfolio of products. In this role, the Marketing Director - ViewPoint will lead the development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition for the Women’s Health, General Imaging, Vascular, Cardiology, and POCUS products, create pricing/packaging offerings, & services, and partner with key stakeholders to advance our portfolio marketing strategy across the ultrasound business segments.

The role is based in Munich with the option to work in a flexible hybrid model (min 2 days in the office with the team).

The amount of traveling to relevant fairs and customer events is between 10-15% of the time

You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing the global marketing strategy working in close collaboration with Product Management, Program Management, Ecosystem partners, clinical teams, Marketing Communications, Research, and region marketing/commercial teams.

You will furthermore:

- develop and implement a coherent growth strategy for ViewPoint in partnership with the Product Leader(s) and key segment leadership
- Design and lead commercialization efforts for New Product Introductions including: support ongoing milestone deliverables; leading/coordinating New Commercial Activation milestone reviews
- Develop marketing plans, including product launches, evidence generation, sales collaterals, events, competitive intel, and messaging for the ViewPoint products, offerings, & services
- Execute Marketing plans and campaigns and measure the impact on the growth of the business, including value proposition, positioning, segmentation, marketing mix, and aligning marketing execution across all geographies and segments
- Lead the evaluation of market research, market sizing/share, positioning, and promotions associated with ViewPoint
- Partner with the regional leaders, including region Product Marketing and Leaning and Developing teams to identify new business and market opportunities, including training for regional sales teams
- Pulse the market by performing clinical and industry trend analysis, market metric analysis, and win/loss tracking
- Engage with the product and research teams for outcomes research
- Provide customer and market insights from regions to product management to support the development of roadmaps
- Identify, leverage, and engage regional key opinion leaders in collaboration with Product & region teams
- Drive marketing enablement practices by adopting the standard MarTech stack

**Your profile**
- You bring a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- You bring a significant experience in marketing, product management, product development, or a related field
- You have demonstrated marketing or product management experience supporting healthcare products
- You bring the experience in working in a global matrix environment
- You bring strong business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development
- You have strong executive level presentation and interpersonal skills and are able to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels of within the business to energize, develop, build rapport, and influence
- You are able to operate independently and effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic and fast paced global environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer first attitude
- You speak English fluently
