**Job description**:

In developing and emerging countries, access to lifelong learning opportunities is scarce and remains a challenge, especially for disadvantaged groups with diverse educational backgrounds. To address this gap, GIZ is implementing the atingi platform, a Moodle based, open-source Learning Management System. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, BMZ.For our partner and learner facing team in Bonn, Germany, we are looking for a curious, creative service-oriented intern. We offer first-hand experience in Digital Transformation - a highly relevant field in international cooperation and development -, an agile work environment in a young and motivated team and the possibility to learn and network in our organisation.

**Your tasks**:
In this role, you will be part of atingi’s Customer Team. This team is responsible for ensuring that learners, educators and GIZ projects get maximum benefit from using our platform. During your internship, you will:

- Help our users along the end-to-end user journey, from discovery and onboarding to completing or publishing courses respectively
- Contribute to optimizing our internal processes and service offering
- Be part of the efforts to help our users - learners, GIZ projects and educators - with day to day support requests and issues (about 1/3 of your time)

**Your profile**:
We atingistas are a motivated and passionate bunch You work best with us if you are creative, take initiative, and if you challenge us with outlandish ideas that help us reach our ambitious goals.
- We welcome motivated and committed applicants who are studying from at least the 4th semester and who can demonstrate a strong affinity to and experience in customer relationship management, customer success or sales in the software sector
- You have first experience in the fields of user experience or user research
- You have first experience with and great interest in digital learning and the potential that new technologies can have on the digitalization of the education sector
- Knowledge or experience in international cooperation / international relations, education or social sciences are of advantage, as is experience in GIZ partner countries
- You have a high level fluency in English, and proficiency in German is a benefit

**Notes**:
We pay a monthly stipend of €2.064;
