**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Founders Associate mit Fokus HR bei ProteinDistillery wirst Du der Beschleuniger für Veränderung sein. Du wirst unser Führungsteam bei der Bewältigung der vielfältigen Herausforderungen unterstützen und erhältst die Möglichkeit durch eine hohe Eigenverantwortung und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Deinen Impact zu setzen.Leitung aller HR-Prozesse, einschließlich Recruiting, Onboarding, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Leistungsmanagement und Nachfolgeplanung- Marktforschung und Vorbereitung von Investoren
- und Partnerschaftsgesprächen- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Führungskräfte und Teams in allen personalbezogenen Angelegenheiten- Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Strategien zur Mitarbeiterbindung und -entwicklung.- Förderung einer starken Unternehmenskultur, für Vielfalt und Integration

**Dein Profil**:
- Abschluss in Management, Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Personalwesen, als Founders Associate oder einer Führungsposition sind von Vorteil- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie für vertrauensvolle Beziehungen- Strategischer Denker mit der Fähigkeit, visionäre HR-Initiativen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen- Intellektuelle Beweglichkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Motivation, strategische Initiativen mitzugestalten und voranzutreiben
