**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**WIR SUCHEN ZUM NÄCHSTMÖGLICHEN ZEITPUNKT EINE*N SENIOR DESIGNER (W/M/D) FÜR UNSEREN STANDORT BERLIN**

**Deine Aufgabe**:

- Du betreust in Abstimmung mit dem*der Creative Director*in einzelne Kundenmandate
- Du analysierst und verstehst die Briefings Deiner Kunden und entwickelst dazu Bandbreiten an konzeptionellen Ideen und visuellen Entwürfen
- Du konzipierst die visuellen Look-and-feels für Marken-/Produktkommunikation von Bildstilen, Layoutprinzipien, Farbspektren, Schrift
- und Typosystemen über Illustrations
- und Iconstile
- Du kennst die nötigen Prozesse und Methoden, um im digitalen Produktdesign (Web, App, Voice etc.) den Marken
- und Nutzeranspruch gleichermaßen gerecht zu werden
- Du denkst Marke ganzheitlich und entwickelst systematische Anwendungsbeispiele für digitale Touchpoints
- Du konzipierst klare, anwenderorientierte Regeln zur Umsetzung weltweiter Markenkommunikation
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleg*innen aus Konzeption, Text und Design zusammen und bist Mentor*in für deine Kollegen*innen
- Du konzipierst und erarbeitest Storyboards für Bewegtbildmedien, Präsentationen für Kundenmeetings, interaktive Klickdummies (z.B. InVision) und stellst Deine Entwürfe überzeugend in Kundenterminen vor
- Du informierst dich über neue Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich UX/UI und bringst diese aktiv ein
- Du kennst die nötigen Co-Creation-Prozesse und Workshop-Methoden, um Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden erfolgreich durchführen zu können

**Qualifikationen**:
**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign
- Du hast mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Agenturen
- Du bringst Wissen, kreative Exzellenz und konzeptionell starke Ideen für ganzheitliches Branding mit
- Du bist neugierig und hast ein ausgesprochenes Gespür für gutes Design, User Experience und Trends
- Du kannst Deine Ideen gut visualisieren und vermitteln
- Du transferierst Deine kreativen Ideen in qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzungsprozess, dabei überzeugst Du durch höchste Präzision Deiner handwerklichen Ausführung
- Du denkst das Thema Marke medien
- und touchpointübergreifend
- Du bist souverän im Umgang mit den gängigen Programmen und Tools wie Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision und Figma
- Interdisziplinäres Denken und Arbeiten macht Dir großen Spaß
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
