\_\_As a Senior Product Designer, you will work cross-functionally in our Shipper division which is building digital products for our Shippers. The Shipper Product’s mission is to deliver compelling Product Solutions to our enterprise shippers, small and medium businesses and internal users, based on deep understanding of users needs and delivering tailored solutions for those.
You'll be responsible for crafting well-designed experiences from real user insights, supporting end-to-end user journeys. You will oversee the design vision from the discovery to the execution and you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
You will report directly to the Product Design Lead and you will be part of the Product Design Team.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- You can easily navigate through all phases of the design process: participate in research, define the problem space, design user flows and wireframes, design exceptional UI with our design system, create prototypes, create production-ready designs, participate or conduct usability testing and support the team during implementation
- You are an advocate for our users, you will trace their journeys in order to understand their pain points, find opportunities and help the team to find the right solution, and then you will iterate
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers in your team, and collaborate with the other designers
- You have deep expertise working with design systems and you will contribute to building and growing our Design System
- Be responsible for the consistency of our user experience while taking it step by step to the next level
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE
- Extensive proven experience working on digital products (worked with mobile apps)
- Have experience in working with multidisciplinary teams within an agile environment
- Deep knowledge of user-centred design, user experience design, interface and interaction design
- Strong knowledge of design tools or technologies including Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Framer, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools
- You have a strategic mindset, your design decision will be influenced by user, business and technical needs
- Very effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions
- You are an effective team player, able to capture the critiques and transform them into opportunities to improve your designs
