**Your mission**:
Join the data science team and design, develop, test, and deploy NLP-models to satisfy all the data needs of our customers.

**Tasks**
- Develop, test and deploy state-of-the-art ML models in the NLP domain to create fantastic customer experiences
- Dig your nose deep into the latest NLP developments. Challenge the status quo by being eager to discuss your thoughts with the professional community
- Keep up to date with the state of the art in IR, NLP and deep learning (e.g. neural IR)
- Make a positive impact on our scientific culture, encourage knowledge sharing and drive technical discussions within the team
- Optimize development processes and tools as well as actively participate in the strategic development of the Data Science team

**Your profile**:
**Must-have**
- Excellent programming and engineering skills in Python.
- Strong software architecture and design experience, particularly in ETL and training pipelines.
- Proven experience with the machine learning lifecycle and its automatization, particularly in the context of NLP problems.
- Knowledge and experience in SQL.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and at least one computing platform such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Effective communication skills are used to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Good-to-have**
- Experience in using machine learning for Q&A, table extraction, and/or NER.
- Familiar with other types of databases, including relational, non-relational, and big data databases.
- Experience in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining.
- Experience with website scraping.
