Head of Internal Communications

In your new role you will:

- **Manage the daily internal communications business **together with the ICC team
- **Manage and develop global leadership communication channels and formats**:

- **Own and drive strategy and workplace-related company topics **and develop creative concepts
- Continuously **review available channels and formats **in order to build an effective and scalable channel landscape
- **Consult on internal communication projects**:

- **Enable **and **support **the **coordinated steering of regional, site, and operator communications**:

- **Partner with selected corporate functions **as the first contact for all internal communication requests
- **Help internal stakeholders to do their internal comms on their own **, e.g. by using the ICC toolbox and available platforms
- **Manage the global internal quarterly communications process with a focus on AHMs **, develop compelling storylines together with the Board Communications team

As a Head of Internal Communications & Consulting, you inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex issues in a clear and convincing manner. Furthermore, you recognize potential obstacles in time and use them as a good opportunity for further improvement. Lastly, you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Humanities or Economics**:

- At **least 8 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Communication **, preferably gained in a corporate comms role in a multi-national company, in the media, or at a **PR agency**:

- **A **dditional experience **in functions related to **HR, Corporate Strategy, or finance **is welcome
- Proven **track record of working with C-level management**:

- Proven ability to **grasp complex issues and translate them into clear key messages**:

- **Deep interest **and **good knowledge of technological developments**:

- Very good **stakeholder management skills**:

- **Fluent in German and English**

The **Communications & Public Policy (CP) **team tells the story of Infineon. Our responsibility is to spread the word about what makes Infineon special and shed light on the different ways in which microelectronics make the world more livable. The CP team spans all regions and is centrally organized along Corporate Communications, Public Policy, Strategy & CEO Communications and Center of Excellence
