**Duties**:
Under the supervision of the GSO (General Services Office) Housing Officer, the Housing Coordinator coordinates with the Housing, Property, Facilities Management sections, and necessary contractors the make-ready requirements of both leased and government-owned residences, including maintenance/repair, painting, cleaning and replacement of furniture/appliances. Ensures all residences meet acceptable pre-departure and pre-arrival standards as outlined in Mission housing policies.

EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of three (3) years of office administration experience in a customer-service related environment is required.
- Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma is required.
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE:

- English (Good Working Knowledge) in speaking/reading/writing is required.
- German (Good Working Knowledge) in speaking/reading/writing is required.

This may be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Must hold a valid German Class B driver’s license. (Please attach the appropriate driver's license).
