**Ecolab **are looking for a **Master Student** to join our Global Substance Centre of Excellence team.

Hybrid role 60/40 based in our office in Monheim am Rhein - Germany.

**Your Responsibilities**

**Master Thesis (50%)**:

- Deep dive into the requirements to address combined exposure to chemicals via the implementation of a “Mixture Assessment Factor” as part of the European Green Deal
- Analysis of different product categories according to the new requirement of the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability
- Analysis and interpretation of (eco-)toxicological data on substance and product level
- Development of mitigation strategies including toxicological testing and additional exposure assessments, where necessary
- Active communication with business units, stakeholders and trade associations

**Global REACH - KKDIK - Turkey REACH (50%)**:

- Support regulatory activities within the Global Substance CoE organization
- Keep and maintain files and documents regarding product regulatory and compliance
- Assist with the preparation of submission, registration, and notification dossiers to ensure legal compliance for chemical substance registration under KKDIK regulation.
- Research information on regulatory requirements
- Understand and implement all regulatory and statutory requirements

**Your Profile**
- Enrolled master student in Chemistry, (Eco-)Toxicology, Natural Science or related fields
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Turkish written and verbal communication skills are a plus
- Knowledge in toxicological hazard and risk assessment is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to proactively communicate and cooperate independently to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a virtual basis
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and excellent time management skills whilst running concurrent tasks/projects.
- Good MS Office and project management skills
