Senior Director HR Programs Change

Purpose:
- As Senior Director, HR Programs Change & Communication your task is to create, manage and deliver change management and communication strategies to maximize adoption of HR programs and the large-scale and complex HR Transformation. The role objective is to conduct the change and communication measures of the Excellence 4 People (the current HR Transformation program) within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on business and HR expectations and requirements. You OE will be able to quickly understand the context of the organization from a broader perspective, including changes that take place outside the realm of both the programs themselves and the immediate HR operational area. You will have a proven track record of leading teams and will be able to provide coaching, guidance, direction, and leadership to the project team in relation to various issues, risks, activities, general management, and project approach. In addition, you will act as a strategic advisor for people elements with dynamic consulting, planning and focus on seamless and consistent execution to accelerate the execution of the adidas HR Transformation. This all while ensuring strong communication internally and externally, exceptional collaboration, and stakeholder management. The role is the HR Change Lead role for the Transformation and HR that can further evolve.- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage E4P (Excellence 4 People) CC project team which deliver the global HR Transformation and large-scale projects to execute the adidas People Strategy and HR roadmap:
- Change & Comms for Programs & Projects
- Deliver change and comms end-to-end successfully, from ideation to delivery by satisfying Business and HR requirements
- Strong execution drive to deliver output / outcome and impactful change management and communication
- Have an overview of the Excellence 4 People (E4P) project portfolio to ensure that change and comms requirements for all projects are addressed and considered. Partner proactively with all E4P projects to ensure consistent approach on change and comms.
- Active leadership towards change & comms resources in matrix organization.
- Lead HR change internally and externally
- Resource Planning and Project Management
- Form, lead, manage and monitor multi-functional team (virtual and functional reports) resources (internals and externals) to deliver the best outcome
- Oversee simultaneous alignment and allocation of financial, material, and human resource capabilities required to successfully complete project and program deliverables
- Partner with Non-Trade Procurement to manage vendors/suppliers for the projects & programs in scope, e.g., interviews, staffing, supplier costs
- Provide team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets aligned with HR strategy and program objectives
- Support compliance to project management standards, e.g. PM (Project Management) methodology, Act as an internal consulting unit in with a consistent project management (PM) approach and tools based on best practice and HR expertise
- Lead or conduct engagement reviews. Verify implementation of quality assurance procedures. Ensure project & program delivery against program KPIs (Key Performance Indicator System)
- Ensure appropriate leadership skills are present at every level by creating a motivational and supportive work environment in which employees are coached, trained, and provided with career opportunities through development
- Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT (Information Technology) systems, data and analysis and team feedback and make appropriate changes to meet HR and business needs
- Stakeholder Management
- Establish strong collaboration with Corporate Comms to ensure that our communication deliverables follow existing rules of adidas communication while being creative to operate according to program needs.
- Design, define and implement Advocate network on E4P to deliver a consistent and frequent information towards a boarder user group.

- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Extensive experience in producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies and experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, preferably as part of a complex program environment
- Effective leader and strong coach
- Hands on mentality and strong execution focus
- Very strong analytical, visionary, and conceptual thinking and expertise in HR organization
- Proven track record of leading and implementing larger-scale programs and projects.
- Ability to anticipate issues and the unexpected and plan for them.
