**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Weiterentwicklung der Operational Excellence Kultur (Lean Systems, Lean Administration und Six Sigma) am Standort Kaiserslautern
- Identifikation, Ausarbeitung und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Operational Excellence Potentialen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung und den Fachbereichen
- Durchführung von KAIZEN-Workshops und Verbesserungsinitiativen unter Verwendung der einschlägigen Operational Excellence Methoden
- Mitgestaltung bei Entwurf und Abbildung von operativen Prozessen und Prozessänderungen
- Unterstützung der Bereiche bei der Aufarbeitung von insbesondere Produktionskennzahlen
- Nachverfolgung der OE-Aktivitäten, Reporting und Mitwirkung bei Operational Excellence Assessments
- Enge Abstimmung mit Global Manufacturing zur zielgerichteten Weiterentwicklung von Operational Excellence am Standort
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium mit z.B. Schwerpunkt Industrial Engineering, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld mit Schwerpunkt KVP / Lean-Production
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Einführung und Umsetzung von Lean-Manufacturing Tools (Durchführung von Kaizen-Workshops, wie z.B. 5S, Value Stream Analyse/Design, Standard Work, SMED)
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement und Moderationstechniken
- Sicherer Umgang mit Systemen zur statistischen Auswertung, Darstellung, Weiterverarbeitung von Qualitäts
- und Produktionskennzahlen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Maß an Team
