✨Du wirst die Verantwortung für unsere eHealth-Produkte und deren UX übernehmen.
✨ Du treibst die Optimierung der Conversion-Rates, Nutzerbindung und anderer KPIs durch iterative Designverbesserungen voran.
✨Du förderst eine Kultur der Innovation und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb des Designteams, indem du aktiv das Team mitgestaltest und deine Ideen einbringst.
✨Du arbeitest eigenverantortlich mit Product Managern und Kunden zusammen, um Designentscheidungen auf Geschäftsziele und regulatorische Anforderungen abzustimmen.
✨Du bist Mentor\*in und Buddy für Junior Designer\*innen, um die Design-Qualität voranzutreiben und nachhaltigen Impact zu schaffen.

Dein Profil

**Was du mitbringst**:
✨ Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Product (UX) Design und Gestaltung nahtloser Benutzererlebnisse.
✨ Du hast bereits Conversion-Rates, Nutzerbindung und andere UX KPIs vorangetrieben.
✨ Starke kreative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und ein Portfolio das validierte und zielsichere Designlösungen.
✨ Verständnis und Anwendung von Barrierefreiheitsrichtlinien sowie Engagement für inklusives Design.
✨ Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie selbstbewusste Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch.
