**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Process & Data Owner verantwortest Du standortübergreifend die end-to-end-Prozesse Record to report, Source-to-pay, Order-to-Cash und Finance-to-liquidity und entwickelst diese zu "best-in-class" Ansätzen weiter
- Du steuerst die Governancecommunity, bestehend aus den Prozessexperten der Fachbereiche und Servicemanagern der IT, stimmst mit diesen in regelmäßig stattfindenden strategischen und operativen Lenkungskreisen die Anforderungen der operativen Bereiche ab und führst die Projekt-Roadmap für die verantworteten Prozesse
- Du entwickelst aussagefähige Kennzahlen zur Prozesseffizienz und lässt dich daran messen
- Du leitest Teilprojekte der Roadmap fachlich, überwachst deren Fortschritte und steuerst Ressourcen
- und Budgetrestriktionen
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Detaillierung und Priorisierung strategischer Projekte des kaufmännischen Bereichs unter Berücksichtigung von Prozess-, Bereichs
- und Projektübergreifenden Abhängigkeiten

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Steuerung von einem oder in mehreren der zu verantwortenden end-to-end Prozesse mit und kannst idealerweise schon Erfolge bei der Automatisierung, Optimierung und Dokumentation von Prozessen vorweisen
- Alternativ hast Du Erfahrungen als SAP-(Inhouse-)Berater und als (Teil-)Projektleiter und idealerweise auch schon erste Erfahrungen im S/4HANA-Umfeld gesammelt, bevorzugt in den Modulen, FI, CO, MM und/oder SD.
- Du hast Erfahrung in Prozess
- und Datenmanagement und besitzt Grundkenntnisse im Projekt
- und Stakeholdermanagement sowie agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- Der routinierte Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit, hast eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und verstehst es, auf Basis deiner gewinnenden Persönlichkeit und gleichzeitigen Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Stakeholder an einen Tisch zu bringen und dabei einen Ausgleich der Interessen in Lösungen zu übersetzen
- Deine Eigeninitiative und Handlungsorientierung runden dein Profil ab
