**Your Role & Impact****:
Do you have a strong visual background and are interested in learning more about product and interface design? As a Design Intern at Bunch, you will have the opportunity to contribute your design skills to our innovative fintech platform and gain valuable experience at a fast-moving, growing fintech startup.

**As a Design Intern**:

- Set design-related learning goals with mentorship from Austin to accomplish your goals
- Gain hands-on experience in UI and product design, contributing to the visual identity of our platform.
- You will work closely with our design team to support the creation of user-centric UI and product designs.
- Collaborate on design projects from concept to implementation, helping to streamline and improve user experience.

**What You Should Bring to the Table**:

- You are a student or recent graduate with a strong visual background and a passion for design.
- A willingness and interest in learning UI and product design.
- You are a self-starter, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in a collaborative team setting and are entrepreneurial in your approach.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**The Interview Process**:
We understand this is an internship role and therefore do not expect a polished portfolio with a rich work history. We are looking for someone who’s visually inclined and interested in learning product design - show us what you’ve got
- Interview: This initial interview is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if our opportunity aligns with your goals and interests.
- Design Challenge: We'll invite you to prepare a solution to a design challenge as a take-home assignment and afterwards present it in an interview.
- Founders screen: a short introduction and conversation with our company co-founder
