Working Student Process & Systems P&C (all gender)

Was erwartet dich?
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von neuer Software im Bereich People & Culture
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Unterstützung vorhandener Projekte in der DACH Region
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen
- Technische Erstellung der Veranstaltungen von DE&I und der Mental Health Champions

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst noch mindestens ein Jahr Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift
- routinierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Exel)
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln, bspw. in einer Ausbildung oder einem Praktikum
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine eigenständige, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Während des Semesters möchtest du bis zu 20 Stunden wöchentlich arbeiten und nach Absprache bis zu 38,5 Stunden in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit
