Der Premium Automobilhersteller legt großen Wert darauf, seinen Kunden jederzeit und bei jeglicher Art von Anfragen zur Seite zu stehen sei es bei allgemeinen Fragen oder technischen Problemen. Um das CiC mit Leben zu füllen, ist unser Auftraggeber auf der Suche nach motivierten und begeisterten Gleichgesinnten (m/w/d), die gemeinsam an etwas Neuem und Innovativem arbeiten möchten, um den Kunden eine einzigartige und erstklassige Customer Experience zu bieten.**

**Beschreibung**:

- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei allen Anliegen rund um die Services und Produkte des Premium Automobilherstellers (z.B. App-Support, Ladevorgängen unserer E-Autos, technische Beratung, Aftersales-Prozesse, digitale Dienste)
- Du analysierst, priorisierst und löst Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden durch den Einsatz von digitalen Hilfsmitteln und Deiner Fähigkeit, auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden einzugehen.
- Du löst komplexe Kundenanfragen via Telefon, Mail, Chat oder Videotelefonie gemeinsam mit den Produkt-Experten des Unternehmens.
- Durch Deine tägliche Arbeit, Deine kontinuierliche Fortbildung zu den Produkten und Services sowie Dein großes Interesse an der Automobilindustrie entwickelst Du Dich zu einem wertvollen Markenbotschafter und Experten im CiC.
- Mit Deinem Fachwissen und Deiner Leidenschaft für die Marke trägst Du dazu bei, das Image und die Bekanntheit des Unternehmens zu steigern und das Vertrauen der Kunden zu stärken.
- Du dokumentierst sämtliche Kundenanfragen im hauseigenen CRM Tool und unterstützt dadurch die Entwicklung des CiC.
- Du teilst Deine Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge mit Deinem Team.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast großes Interesse in einem Umfeld zu arbeiten, welches sich um komplexe Automobilprodukte
- und Dienstleistungen dreht.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Als Person bist Du motiviert und empathisch, aber auch durchsetzungsfähig und selbstbewusst.
- Du hast eine gut strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Wenn Du Erfahrung im Kundenservice und Kenntnisse in der Automobilindustrie hast, ist das ein Pluspunkt.
