**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Monats-, Quartals-, Jahresabschlüsse - nach HGB-Standard
- Organisation und Optimierung der buchhalterischen Tagesabläufe
- Umstellung auf integriertes ERP-System (Business Central)
- Controlling Auswertungen, aufbauen und weiterentwickeln (KPI-Reporting / PowerBI)
- HR & Personalkostencontrolling
- Investorrelations, Regulatorik (mit externer Unterstützung, z.B. Vorbereitung HV)
- Versicherung, sonstige Verwaltungsthemen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Umfassende Erfahrung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Profunde Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze und -standards
- Verständnis der rechtlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Finanzberichterstattung und Compliance im Kapitalmarktumfeld
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Finanzmodellierung und -analyse.
- Verständnis der rechtlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Finanzberichterstattung und Compliance im Kapitalmarktumfeld
- Vertrautheit mit ERP-Systemen (Business Central)
- Fähigkeit, dem Führungsteam strategische Finanzberatung und -unterstützung zu bieten
- Proaktiver Problemlösungsansatz, um finanzielle Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und die Leistung zu optimieren
- Effektive Fähigkeiten zur Mitarbeiterführung, Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit und Leistung
