**Head of Procurement Development (m/w/d)**:

- Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von Mitarbeitern an verschiedenen Standorten (In
- und Ausland) im Rahmen der Teilkonzernverantwortung.
- Sie sind für die Verbesserung der Effizienz im Einkauf und Unterstützung der Erreichung von Saving-Zielen verantwortlich.
- Sie sind im Zuge der Harmonisierung synergiefähiger Einkaufsprozesse und deren Automatisierung hauptverantwortlich.
- Sie verantworten die Standardisierung bei Neueinführung von Einkaufstools in Time, Cost & Quality.
- Sie stellen die Erfolgsmessung durch ein standardisiertes Reporting sicher.
- Sie unterstützen bei konzeptioneller Ausarbeitung von übergreifenden Themen des Bereichs Einkauf.
**Das bringen Sie mit an Board**:
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf sowie in den Einkaufsprozessen.
- Sie bringen Führungserfahrung mit.
- Sie besitzen verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft.
- Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungssicherheit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Eigeninitiative runden Ihr Profil ab.
