**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie überwachen, identifizieren und steuern alle finanziellen und nicht-finanziellen Risiken
- Sie kommunizieren schriftlich und mündlich mit dem Vorstand, anderen Abteilungen, externen/internen Rechnungsprüfern und Aufsichtsbehörden
- Sie pflegen und entwickeln den Risikokontrollrahmen und die Risikopolitik der Bank weiter
- Sie legen die Risikobereitschaft fest, gewährleisten eine gesunde Risikokultur in der Bank und überwachen das Risikolimit
- Sie erstellen Risikoberichte und legen diese bei der Risikokommission vor

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über einen abgeschlossenen Master-Abschluss in Finanzwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation
- Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement/ Risikocontrolling im Bankensektor oder in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche mit
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, bevorzugt BA- und SQL- Programmierkenntnisse
- Sie sind vertraut mit den deutschen Vorschriften wie MaRisk, CRR/CRD
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich aus
- Sie besitzen gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
