**Senior Risk Controller

**What to expect**:

- You are essential to the adoption and further improvement of the approach for managing procedural risks and the corresponding controls at the ICS registration office
- You will assist your coworkers in the specialised departments in the right risk assessment and the construction of suitable controls as an expert for the process-related ICS
- You see the potential for additional methodological advancements and enhancements in actual implementation thanks to your cross-process perspective. As part of our company's commitment to "Making more possible together," you actively offer your ideas and encourage their execution within the group
- You teach training sessions and provide presentations on the topic of the ICS to all of your bank co-workers. You will establish yourself as the go-to person for all things process-related ICS-related and manage the interfaces with important stakeholders
- You oversee the Risk & Control Self Assessment and ensure the accuracy of the findings. As a result, you will play a crucial part in assessing the suitability and efficiency of the bank's ICS
- For reporting to top management, you and your coworkers prepare the results of the control and monitoring of the ICS
- You take on accountability for the execution of projects in respect to the ICS-related processes and carry out particular components on your own

**Requirements**:

- You have earned a (technical) degree from a university (e.g. economics, law)
- You have vast expertise in risk management or regulating, particularly operational hazards, auditing, or supervising second
- or third-line defence actions
- Also, you already have ICS-related process experience. You should be knowledgeable with the complexities of process management. (particularly the process's organisation and roles and duties)
- Your method of operation is goal-oriented, organised, and generally independent
- You are inspired to create fresh solutions by new difficulties. Simply write your own if there aren't any building instructions available currently. You discuss ideas with your co-workers as a good team player to take into account all viewpoints and goals while coming up with a solution
- You can clearly and concisely explain complex concepts because to your excellent presentation and communication skills. Your coworkers in the specialised departments can be persuaded by you. You are a fantastic contact for our colleagues abroad due to your fluency in English
- You contact the parties concerned in a proactive manner and include their various interests into the creation of your solution
